Welcome to Rev.Hub, Israel’s premier sales community for sales leaders, executives, and
professionals!
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. These Terms are a binding agreement between
Rev.Hub, operated by its co-founders (the "Company," "we," or "us"), and you ("you,"
"Member," or "Contributor"). By submitting an application to become a member or
contributor, using your membership or contributor status, accessing or using any services
or materials provided by Rev.Hub, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 What Is Governed by These Terms
These Terms set the conditions for your use of the Rev.Hub platform, membership in the
community, and participation in Rev.Hub events, services, and access to community
materials (collectively, the “Services”).

1.2 Additional Terms
Your use of some services may be subject to additional terms specific to those services.
These additional terms are incorporated into these Terms and will govern if there is a
conflict between them.

1.3 Privacy Policy
Rev.Hub will treat all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1.4 Eligibility and Membership
Membership in Rev.Hub is by application and invitation only. Membership approval is at our
sole discretion, and we may refuse membership or access to any services to anyone at any
time. You must be 18 or older to apply or participate. Membership may be limited to specific
communities or roles within Rev.Hub.

2. USE OF REV.HUB SERVICES

2.1 Access to Services
By accepting these Terms, you are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and
revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes,
subject to compliance with these Terms.

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through Rev.Hub’s platform or
services are owned by Rev.Hub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or
create derivative works from any content unless explicitly permitted by us.

2.3 Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
1. Use the Services for any unlawful purposes.
2. Share your membership login credentials with others.
3. Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
4. Use the platform in ways that may damage or impair the services provided by Rev.Hub or
others.

2.4 Responsibility for Use
You are responsible for all activities conducted using your login credentials and must ensure
compliance with these Terms by all individuals accessing the Services under your account.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND FEES

3.1 Membership Access
Rev.Hub membership grants access to certain community activities, resources, and events.
Certain features, services, or events may be limited to paying members or contributors.

3.2 Membership Fees and Billing
Membership fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you during the application process
and billed in accordance with the plan you select (monthly or annually). Membership fees
are non-refundable, except as required by Israeli law. Rev.Hub reserves the right to adjust
fees at its discretion, and you will be notified in advance of any changes.

3.3 Failure to Pay
Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of your
membership. Interest and collection costs may be added to overdue amounts as permitted
by law.

4. CONTRIBUTOR TERMS

4.1 Contributor Registration
Contributors include mentors, teachers, lecturers, and other professionals providing value
to the Rev.Hub community. Contributors are subject to the same eligibility criteria and must
adhere to the terms outlined in this section.

4.2 Services Provided by Contributors
Contributors may lead sessions, mentor others, or provide educational content either for
free or for compensation. Whether compensation is provided will be determined on a
case-by-case basis and agreed upon in advance.\

4.3 Intellectual Property Rights
Contributors retain ownership of their original materials, but by providing content to
Rev.Hub, you grant Rev.Hub a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and promote that
content in connection with the Services.

5. COMMUNITY EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

5.1 Participation in Events
Rev.Hub organizes events such as workshops, networking sessions, and mentoring
opportunities. By participating, you agree to follow the community’s Code of Conduct and to
act respectfully towards other members and contributors.

5.2 Event Recordings
Events may be recorded for community use. By attending, you consent to be included in
such recordings, which may be used by Rev.Hub for educational and promotional purposes.

6. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

6.1 Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership by notifying Rev.Hub with seven (7) days’ notice before
the renewal date. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will be terminated. No
refunds will be provided for the remaining membership period.

6.2 Rev.Hub’s Right to Terminate
Rev.Hub reserves the right to terminate your membership or contributor status at any time
for violations of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or any applicable laws. Such termination
may result in immediate loss of access to the Services without a refund.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to engage with the community in a respectful, professional, and constructive
manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in
immediate suspension or termination of your membership.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

‍
Rev.Hub provides its Services "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You use
the Services at your own risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

‍
Rev.Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the Services. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you have
paid to Rev.Hub in the past 12 months.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

‍
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes will be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli courts. Any disputes will be resolved through
binding arbitration, and no class actions are permitted.

11. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

‍
Rev.Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any
material changes, and your continued use of the Services following such notification
constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
